According to Hindu Mythology ....

"According to Hindu Mythology" - these are the four words I get to hear from R my dear hubby more than the magical three words.Now you may ask why these four words ?? It will used in situations to stress the importance of the role that needs to be played by an Indian married girl.

Both of us are working and as in all houses there will be a small arguement as to who needs to get up first and R used to start his argument with - "According to Hindu Mythology" girls are supposed to wake up before husbands wake up and be ready with a cup of coffee.These four words will be used in any situation whcih needs to be favourable to him.

I find this funny as I should accept that nothing happens in our house "According to Hindu Mythology" most of the time but R somehows feels comfortable in using these words.Needless to say R himself doesnt follow any of these rules.

These four words is applicable to all these situations ..

Who needs to get up first ??
Who will cook Dinner ??
Who will clean the bathrooms in the weekend ??
Who will clean the vessels and lot more things .

We both are in Tokyo right now and so needless to say manage all things ourselves and so these words keeps coming.
